A detailed analysis of the condition of regularity as stated in [1] for the validity of the theorem on £-capacity of decomposable channel is given, and some of its modifications are considered. One of the purposes of this paper is also to show how the regularity condition of [1] may be weakened. Some facts used in Part I of [1] without explicit proofs are established in Lemmas I and II.
